Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you are very happy with your TAIKKA bag, however if you are not, then we accept refunds and exchanges (with the exception of Gift Cards & Sale items).
Our returns policy is 7 days of receipt of your bag. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your bag must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
If you would like to either return or exchange your bag, then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason, and we will advise you of our returns/exchange procedure. Please remember that in the event of a return/exchange, your bag should be packaged appropriately to ensure that it is not damaged in the post. The responsibility of the bag remains with you until we are in receipt of it. Postage charges for returns and exchanges are not covered by TAIKKA, unless the bag is faulty. We recommend that you retain your postal receipt from the Post Office which will contain your tracking number.
We accept returns and exchanges only for bags that have been purchased from www.taikka.com.au or www.taikka.com.
Please note that if you wish to return items under the framework of the Distance Selling Regulations, you must cancel your contract and notify us in accordance with our terms and conditions.
